The practice was founded in 1976 by Advocate Eylon Oron, who spent four years as a police prosecutor in the Tel Aviv district before opening his own office — and who has since become one of the most recognised names in Israeli traffic law.
Today the firm brings together around ten lawyers and a support team across four offices, appearing at every level of court from the traffic courts to the Supreme Court. Advocate Oron has written three professional books on Israeli traffic law, teaches the subject, and appears regularly in the Israeli press and broadcast media.

In many traffic matters, no. A lawyer can appear on your behalf, and a large share of cases are resolved without the client ever attending court. Where your presence is genuinely required, we tell you well in advance.

Israel records points against your licence for many offences. As they accumulate, the licensing authority imposes corrective measures — a defensive driving course from twelve points, a further course from twenty-four, and disqualification with re-testing from thirty-six. Paying a fine does not remove the points.
No. The company will normally identify you as the driver and transfer the ticket, often adding a handling fee. The legal exposure, including the points, then follows you.
It can. Some traffic offences in Israel are criminal in nature and result in a conviction rather than a simple fine. If your status in the country matters to you, raise it at the outset so it can be weighed in how the case is run.
